Charlie Schmalz is a retired U.S. Coast Guard servicemember and FAA-certified technician with over 23 years of experience in marine and aviation systems. Specializing in marine electronics, electrical systems, engine diagnostics, and vessel overhauls, he brings a practical, customer-first approach to marine services and boat sales. Charlie is known for honest guidance, technical precision, and helping clients make confident decisions on and off the water.

Paul T. Lehman is a retired United States Coast Guard technician with over two decades of hands-on experience in maintenance and facilities operations. Originally from Minnesota, Paul grew up on the water, developing a lifelong connection to boating and marine systems from a young age. A graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute, Paul brings extensive technical expertise to every project. He holds Yamaha, Mercury, and ABYC certifications, reflecting his comprehensive knowledge of modern marine service and industry best practices.

Jaydon Rodrigues serves as the General Manager of Sand & Reef Marine Solutions, where he oversees the company's operations, strategic growth, and customer experience. Combining a background in technology and systems architecture with a passion for marine services, Jaydon leads initiatives in business development, operational efficiency, marketing, and digital innovation. His focus on continuous improvement and service excellence helps ensure every customer receives the dependable, high-quality experience that defines Sand & Reef.

James grew up on the water with a lifelong passion for boating. He brings a strong technical background to the marine service industry, with over six years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Combining hands-on problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technology and customer service, James is dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality marine solutions and helping customers enjoy their time on the water with confidence.

Nate Kennedy

Nate began his career in construction before spending eight years as an EMT, where he developed a strong foundation in teamwork, leadership, and performing under pressure. He later transitioned into project management, bringing together his hands-on construction experience and ability to manage complex projects. Nate joined the Sand & Reef team because of his lifelong passion for the water and fishing, combining his professional experience with something he truly enjoys.
